Appointment Coordinator

I'm one of the first faces you'll see in the office. I greet patients and schedule appointments. My favorite part of my job is getting to personally know each patient and their families. As well as seeing their amazing smiles at the end of treatment. I appreciate Dr. Olsen's passion and dedication he shows to both his patients and his team.

I have been married to my husband Brett for 20 years, and we have 2 teenagers. We moved to Wyoming from Michigan 4 years ago and have spent the last 2 years building our log cabin home. We enjoy outdoor activities such as: camping, hiking and snowmobiling.

Treatment Coordinator

As a treatment coordinator I assist with new patient consultations and patient follow-up. I've been working in the orthodontic field since 1980, and feel I can answer almost any question a patient may have. I love being able to help patients have a change of confidence when their treatment is complete.

I'm married with five grown children and twelve grandchildren. When not in the office I love the outdoors and exploring the community we live in.

I work as a clinical assistant for Dr. Olsen, helping him with patient care. I enjoy the one on one interaction with our patients and the great team we have in the office. I love my job.

When not at work I am busy in the kitchen cooking for my husband of 19 years and my son who is very busy with our 3 horses and 6 dogs. We enjoy camping and having people over for fun and laughter.

Clinical Assistant

I work as a clinical assistant for Dr. Olsen, helping him do orthodontic adjustments, patient care and creating beautiful smiles. I love getting to know the patients and helping transform their smiles.

I have been married for 18 years. I have 2 teenage children. My family has 3 horses, 3 cats and 3 dogs. Which makes for a full house. I love to run, knit and ride horses. When not in the office you can usually find me at one of my kids' sporting events.

Clinical Assistant

As one of the assistants I help Dr. Olsen with patient care, all around duties in the office and inventory as well. My favorite part of my job is working with a great team and our wonderful patients. It makes everyday a great day!

I have been married 12 years and have two boys and one dog. When I'm not working most of my time is spent with family and friends. Some of my favorite activities include camping, traveling, dancing and singing.

Clinical Assistant

I assist the doctor with preparing the patients and instruments. I also help to make the patients feel at ease. I enjoy interacting with all our patients. I love getting to know then and seeing the transformation in them.

Outside the office, I am married with three children and one granddaughter. I also have two dogs. I love to travel and spend my summer out on the lake with my family and friends.

Lab/Records Tech

As a lab/record tech I take impressions for the manufacture of orthodontic retainers, take photos and scans on patients and then download the information for patient consults. I've been working in the orthodontic field since 1995, and working with Dr. Olsen since 2012. It's great to work with a team that shares the same goal of making each patient their top priority.

My husband and I have six children, including two foster children. We have a small ranch on the reservation and enjoy family time at home. I love watching my children grow and enjoy life.
